My methodology – how to write an essay?

1. Write topic at the center of the paper.

2. Using mind map method to write anything that I think it’s related to the above topic. By answering 5W: What, where, when, why, how: (in 15 mins)

3. Using paragraphing write the first draft on the paper (30 mins)

4. Type it and the word software and use the checking function to correct the spelling and grammar. I have the revision 1.

5. Revise again by using checklist in the book: Elements of style. Have the revision 2.

6. Final, read again and revise one more time. Having Revision 3.

7. Sometimes try to revise it if I can (after learning one good sentence, good word, good phrases or get feedback from my advisors.

Managing myself

Why I want to write about managing myself. Because that’s the things I must have to practice in all my life. How to use time effectively? How to manage the finance,… It’s make me happier, weathier…

What is the managing myself? Time, finance, healthy, life goal, relationship. Until now I still use my time ineffectively. I spend too much time on for the unimportant thing: solve the past effect, especially I don’t concentrate on doing something. That’s make me take a more time than I concentrate on it; do the emergency – like thing but not important. I should have 60% time of a day for important thing, such as: study new skills, reading book,…

How do I do? I don’t have had a good habit. That is write a plan for a day, a week and a month. Sometime I wrote it, but actually it’s not frequently on a daily basis. Although I always think about it and know that that’s the thing I should do. And that’s the thing I have to come over.

How did I do? I always has been attracted in the emergency. I resolve it that I don’t check what its priority. Sometime I get lost, I don’t know what I am doing? What I need to do and I don’t know why I exist in? At that situation, I have a good habit, I think so, that is write down thing I get lost using mind map strategy, about everything related to it. I write about my current situation, about 3 area: myself: health, study, finance; my carreer; my family and friends; to find out the root cause in essence. I compared it to my life goal. And then find some feasibility solution and choose the best one.

In conclusion, I have to practice more and more doing the good above habit on a daily basis. Personally, I think you also should care more about it. It make us happier, healthier. If you can, please give me some your advices about the way I did to come over and how to manage time.
